Of the Clay is a fashion line that I founded inspired by the art and craft of textile weaving
The first collection was named Hunch after the word California Hard Edge painter Frederick Hammersley used to describe his artistic process. Comprised of a small batch of shirts, the Hunch concept delved into the classic fabrications of flannel and chambray through bold, geometric patterns woven on antique jacquard looms.
